How does Rep Your Roster work?
Pick the jersey and select a delivery date that works with your event. Sport your jersey like the team's #1 fan. Place the jersey in the resealable packaging sent with the jersey and return it via USPS. Repeat!
How do I return my jersey?
Put the jersey in the provided packaging and place it in a USPS mailbox by 6 pm the day after the event.
What if the jersey I want is not featured on Rep Your Roster?
Not seeing the player or team you want on our site? Fill out our survey and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
What if I accidentally stain or damage the jersey?
We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable. You can purchase an add on insurance fee that will cover minor stains/dry cleaning fees. However, significant damage and theft aren't covered under the insurance. If the item is damaged beyond repair or not returned, the fee is 115% the amount of the retail price of the item.
What is the late fee policy?
Every day the jersey is late being mailed back to us there will be an additional $5 charge to the credit card we have on file. If the jersey is more than 5 days late then it will be considered lost and the credit card on file will be charged 115% the retail price of the jersey.
What if I lose the return shipping label?
No problem just take your jersey to the nearest post office and deliver it back to 115 N Carpenter 306 Chicago, IL 60607.
Do you do international deliveries?
We do not deliver internationally at this time. Once we do we will make sure you are aware.
How do I become part of your Rewards Program?
All you have to do is create an account with our site and you are instantly a part of our rewards program. You will be the first ones notified of sales and promotional events.
What time will my jersey arrive?
Your jersey will arrive in the mail between 10am-6pm the day you selected as the delivery date.
How far in advanced should I reserve my jersey?
To get the best chance of the jersey being available you should reserve your jersey more than 3 days in advanced.
What if the jersey I want is out of stock?
If your jersey is out of stock please let us know. We will notify you as soon as it becomes available.

What if my jersey doesn't fit?
If your jersey does not fit the way you want it then send us an email. Place the jersey that doesn't fit in the provided packaging and return in mail. If we have the size you want then we can overnight it to you for $15.
Can there be a wait list for a jersey?
Jerseys are available at a first come first serve basis. If you request to be notified when a jersey is available we will send you a note when it is back in stock.
How can I make changes to my order?

How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order before the jersey has been packaged for delivery.
